Am I the only one wondering this?

I kind of expected to see an announcement by now that it would start tomorrow, doesn't it usually start the weekend before XMASS?

No afaik it is 2 weeks untill the end of the year.

usually they have it start at 12pm PST(iirc) so that should be in 1 1/2hrs.(if i is today and not friday)

On the other thread the site said today and then Regina commented in that thread and didn't correct the site, so I think it's safe to assume it is today. Anet is usually pretty vocal when false information like that comes out.

it may not get patched in till later, as if there are new stuff added they may not be finished, sometimes patchs come later in the day, so if its not here in say 1/2 to 1hr expect it to be a later patch.

I think ive done about 5000+ run on this silly polar bear over last wintersdays. But gotta be in it to win it aint ya. so try again i must lol.

I just did a bit of analysis on past start dates... with the exception of last year, they always started on the 3rd wednesday of december without fail. dont know why the change last year.. anyways, last year was on a friday, so maybe they are trying to make fridays the new target date.. therefore, my guess is it will start either tomorrow (dec 17) or wednesday (dec 22).. either way.. you wont have to wait much longer.

might wanna make sure you have some real cash on hand too cause im sure they will come out with costumes for the event.
